Altas Holidays is a private, independent travel management agency and visa facilitation concierge. We provide document review, application optimization, translation, and concierge submission services for a professional service fee. We are not a government body and cannot guarantee the approval of any application by an official authority.
2. Fees & Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD ($). Where applicable, official government fees are shown separately from our professional service fee. By proceeding to checkout you agree to the total all-inclusive amount displayed in your order summary.
3. Applicant Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information and valid documents. Altas Holidays is not liable for delays or rejections caused by inaccurate information or issues with your documents or passport validity.
4. Processing Times
Stated processing times are estimates based on typical government turnaround and are not guaranteed. Priority Express Processing expedites our internal review and submission but does not override official government timelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the professional service fee paid to Altas Holidays. We are not responsible for decisions made by government authorities.

Electronic visas and arrival cards can also be obtained directly from the relevant official government websites, where the government charges its own fees. Applying through us is optional; our service fee pays for our document review, submission, and support only — we do not collect any government fee.
