1. Professional Service Fee
Our professional service fee covers document review, optimization, and concierge submission work. Once our specialists have begun processing your application, the service fee is non-refundable as the work has been performed.
2. Government Fees
Official government fees are paid directly to the relevant authority and are governed by that authority's rules. These fees are generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted to the official portal.
3. Cancellations Before Processing
If you cancel before our team has started working on your application, you may be eligible for a refund of the professional service fee, less any transaction charges. Contact support as early as possible to request a cancellation.
4. Rejections
A rejection by a government authority does not automatically entitle you to a refund of fees already used for submission. Our Zero-Rejection Protocol is designed to minimise avoidable rejections through careful document verification.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, contact our support team by email or WhatsApp with your application reference number. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method.
